I want to change my user account display picture but when I go to it I can't click "browse for more pictures" there is no response. I saw someone with a similar situation but I have a couple other details. I deleted my "Pictures" folder. I didn't think it was necessary as I kept pictures elsewhere. Does this have anything to do with my issue? Suggestions?
