Windows mail 2nd user cannot send emails

Having problems with the 2nd user on my computer.
I have recently set up an account for a 2nd user. They can receive their emails fine but cannot send. This is the message that appears
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '***********@iprimus.com.au'. Subject 'test', Account: 'pop.iprimus.com.au', Server: 'smtp.iprimus.com.au', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 Authentication required', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

I am the 1st user & have not had any problems.
Can anyone help with this?
