Complete email address in the To: in the Send Message

How can I stop a person's complete email address from showing on the email To: bar? I want just the person's name to appear as it did in Outlook Express.
It is very frustrating as when the person's name and their complete email address shows, the cursor then immedidatly goes to the CC so it is impossible to send an email message to multiple people. You must keep going back to the To: bar and type the next name.
Windows Mail is certainly not an upgrade to Outlook Express. It is a disaster.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to your question. Also I am pretty busy these days and I cannot find the answer you need.
As soon as I have a few hours available I will look this up and try to give you a solution.
UPDATE: I searched through all the configuration menus and I did not find any option that disables the e-mail address from showing near the contact name.
Also, I searched a bit on the internet and I did not find any useful information.
