My Vista laptop is experiencing a printing problem. It seems that when I attempt to print something I get the error "can't start print job". I'm fairly adept at the computer so please don't start with 'choose file - print ....' Been there, done that.
This is a new problem. I don't know if a Windows update caused this problem but I can't print at all - in any program.
Here's my details:
I have an HP printer.
The printer shows as the default printer.
Everything goes as it should until I click on 'print' then I get the error.
