- right click anywere on desktop and select from the menu "Personalize".
- in the new window, click on the "Adjust font size (DPI)" link.
- choose between 96 DPI or 120 DPI.
If these settings have no effect, try this: minimize all windows, press and hold the "Ctrl" key and with your mouse-wheel scroll up and down. Do this for the IE windows as well and it should be allright.
When changing the DPI, also check the option "use Windows XP style DPI scaling".
If you set the DPI higher than 96, and you are running Windows Aero, the text and other items on the screen might appear blurry in some programs that are not designed for high–DPI display in this version of Windows.
Yeah Jennifer, agree with you. I don't want to change the DPI. I want to change the Times New Roman to Tahoma or whatever. Can somebody show me how it can be done?
