Can't open outlook 2007

When I click to open Outlook 2007 I get an error message that it is unable to load the program due to a MAPI issue with msnconn.dll.
What can I do?

Reinstall
Reinstall Office 2007. To do this, go to Programs and Features, select Microsoft Office 2007 and press on the Change button.
A setup window will open with two options: Add or Remove Features and Repair. Select Repair and then click on Continue.
Wait until the repair is finished and try to open Outlook 2007 again.
It should work now.
1) pst file is broken after
1) pst file is broken after outlook crash, you can create new outlook profile or only new pst file and import old messages from old pst (but not all messages imported [or nothing :)]).
2) check your antispam (or complex - like antivirus with antispam module) - I found regular troubles with Kaspersky antivirus (6.0 with antispam module)/ disable it and create new pst file.
