I can only run regedit.msc not gpedit.msc, etc. Can anyone help running start menu search by user

ok...
There is no "regedit.msc". Try "regedit.exe" instead.
...And "gpedit.msc" can be launched from the both the Run window and the start menu search box.
Supervisor password
I've tryed all the above
I'm still a novice but I found out that my wife set a supervisor password on this computer could that be the reason I cannot run some commands. and she dosn't remember the password

I've spent alot of time trying to log in and change password using generic passwords. what are your thoughts

Crack the password
Use Password changer or another similar solution to crack the supervisor password.
how to work some commad prompt
i want run some command prompt but i find it very difficult

i don't know if it works on vista, but ophcrack (google it) usually nabs most passwords....
