Outlook Express in Vista windows mail.

I have been sent quite a few emails sent to me with links. When I go to click on them it says, cannot start Microsoft Outlook. What do I need to do to enable me to forward these on. Easy instructions pleeeeeese !

Is there any program that will replace windows mail and contact list?
Outlook Express was simple. Windows mail , if someone sends you an email and you want to forward it to everyone in the group except the one that sent it to you,how do you do this. Also how do you delete the select reciepent list from contact list to make a new list.
