Hi Hope you can help me out here please.I have window vista.and i do a lot of psp[paint shop pro]before i can use a plugin or filter in psp.i have to down load the two above to make them work.where do i down load them?on this window vista .[I dont want to mess up my new laptop.by putting them where they shoulden't go]
