Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail

Hello,
What's the difference between Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail?

Which is it better to use?

Thomas

Different e-mail clients

They are two different e-mail clients. Basically, Windows Live Mail has additional features compared to Windows Mail.
We will publish an article about Windows Live Mail by the end of next week.

Ok

Ok, thank you for the answer ;) I will wait the article!

Day of the week doesn't appear in emails anymore

In Outlook Express, the day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) was part of the date on the email. Now I don't see it anymore in Windows Mail. I'm self-employed and print my work emails to establish my work schedule for the week or weeks ahead. Not being able to see the day of the week anymore and only the date is really annoying.
Is there a feature somewhere to show the Day of the week in emails? I've looked everywhere and didn't find anything.

Thanks!
Chris G.

email doesn't work on windows

I just got a new computer with Windows vista. I can only get my mail thru the Web. I have tried the windows mail and went to your Mail page and followed directions to no avail. I keep getting No Socket error 10061 error #0X800CCC0e.

Also..different subject. I have free 30 days of 360 Norton Antivirus but I cant get it turned on...tho I keep clicking on it in the Windows Security. I have a Micro Trend Cd program I could try to install but I read I shouldn't do it while another program is installed.

Also...some of the Windows updates labeled "important" did not sucessfuly download automatically. (looking at history) I read not to try to go to site and do it unless I knew what I was doing...which I don't.
HELP.
