Windows Mail interfering with Incredimail

I am new to Vista..... three days of learning so far! I have one niggling problem regarding Windows Mail. I have used Incredimail for years and like it! However, attachments in Incredimail are automatically being opened by Windows Mail and it's making me crazy trying to stop this happening. I know I can't uninstall Windows Mail - any suggestions to make me sane again?

Set default programs
Try to set Incredimail as the default e-mail client. Follow this tutorial to learn how to do it.
