Just got my fiance a new laptop and all seemed good. I downloaded systemworks and lavasoft adaware and next thing I know I can't connect to the internet.

For whatever reason the wireless network adapter keeps ending up disabled. I can re enable it and reboot and connect again but it only takes a few minutes before it is disabled again.

I understand that a hardware conflict can cause this but is there a way to get more information about the actual cause so I can try to resolve this?
