Deleted the Recycle Bin from the desktop

Inadvertently I have deleted the Recycle bin from the desktop. I am running Vista Home Premium. How do I get it back on the desktop ?

Recycle bin

Thanks. I now have the icon on the desktop. When a file is sent to the bin the icon does not automatically change to a full icon. How can this be done.
