LAN without internet

Hi, I have 3 computers connected to a hub that I want to connect. I can see the 2 computers from my computer but when I want to explore them I cannot enter. It gives me Error 0x80070035 "No se ha encontrado la ruta de acceso de la red." (The network access route cannot be found.)
On the other hand, when I enter the two computers icon on the bottom ritght side of the screen for the network it says Network not identified.
I searched online on hundreds of forums, sites, etc and all seem to have solutions for wireless connections or networks using internet but none without inernet, I just want to connect them and share files.
can you help me please?

Network Configured?
Have you configured your network & hub?
All your PC's should have the same class of IP's, they should be in the same workgroup and should have File Sharing enabled.

Thank you for hour answer! but all my PCs have 169.254.x.x on their IP address just the last two set of numbers are different, is this good?
they are all in the same workgroup and have the file sharing enabled and still I can see them but cant enter.
I think that configuring the network and hub is what I´m missing but I can´t find how to do it since every wizard is for wireless networks, can you help me with this please?
