change 'programmes & features' to 'add/remove programmes'
Prior to reverting to Dell factory settings last week because of irritating problems (a very worthwhile exercise in my case), I had been able to change P&F to A/R P (as subject) in Vista Home Premium. I'd like to do it again, but for the life of me I can't remember the tweak (I am a septuagerian so I could be forgiven ...). Any ideas please?

For those who are interested - not many judging by the total lack of response - a solution is available at www.techoddity.com/tweaks. This Vista tweak is for diehards who prefer the old, comfortable Windows terminology .........
