vista aero help

i have vista home premium but under the schemes i cant find windows vista areo. i go to resorese it ses aero. but i cant use aero at all. any help would be nice. or sending me the scheme. cause all it ses is basic then gos to standerd yada yada

first, check your video card if it supported by vista.if not you cannot acess the aero theme.
would that be the only
would that be the only rason? is there a posability that i could be deleted?
