Windows Vista Media Player

My daughter has just bought a computer and Vista was already loaded but now after a couple of cd's she can't burn anymore it keeps telling her that she needs to insert a blank cd and the one she's using is brand new, I need help before I tear my hair out.

Solution

Many ways to solve it:

- Try to burn one of those CD one another computer or on another program. If the CD isn't working even there then the CD's are faulty.
- Try another set of CD's from another firm.

Q: Are you sure the size limit hasn't been exceeded by your songs?

How to burn an Audio CD

If you did all those steps in the tutorial above but it still doesn't work then you should try Nero (if you received it with your computer) or BurnAware Free.
