I need a free 2D animation making software to make small animation for mobile phone wallpaper. Please suggest me a Software which is totally free and easy to use for windows vista.

A know of a couple. Pivot stick figure animator allows you to make .gif images... It's free and moderatly easy to use. Making your own shapes and figures is a little bit complicated though. Hope that helps.
