Office problems


I have a problem that started with Word 2007, about two days after I started using it. When I try to select text, it does not always select. Then after a while, the text will jump up and look like it's sitting on another part of the screen. Sometimes it covers my toolbar. Sometimes I can fix this by scrolling up and down, but other times I have to restart Word.

Now this is starting to happen with Excel (where I can't enter a word under "Find" because my cursor won't go into the box) and IE, where banner ads sometimes seem to move up into my Google search bar.

Anyone know of a way to fix this? (Please speak slowly-- I'm not a computer person!)



Not sure on the solution

This is indeed strange. Personally, I have never encountered this problem.
Maybe... the problem is caused by the fact that you do not have appropriate drivers installed for your mouse&keyboard. Check the manufacturer&model of your keyboard&mouse and try to find the latest Windows Vista drivers for them. This might solve your problem. I'm not sure.
