The only problem I seem to be having with my new laptop is the amount of errors I am getting from Internet Explorer. When I am viewing a site and click on a link, a new window pops up for that link. BUT most every time it pops up blank and when I try to X out of it it says "Not responding" and I have to restart the whole thing. This is very frustrating. Is their anything I ca do to fix this?

1. Download another browser.
You have: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ (Firefox), http://www.opera.com/ (Opera), http://www.google.com/chrome (Google Chrome), http://www.apple.com/safari/ (Safari).
2. Now, after you have downloaded and installed one of these free browsers or more, try the same site(s) and see if you still encounter the same problem.
The other browsers - Firefox, Opera -, are more customizable then Internet Explorer.
A quick small article about Firefox.

If the error occurs on another browser or more then one, the site may be problematic.
Internet Explorer Not Responding when new window opens
My computer does the same thing.. it has nothing to do with the website, because for me, it is every single website I visit. My husband said it was my printer driver, that he had deleted it and it stopped doing it, then we had to use the printer. I'm not sure. Did installing a new browser fix it for you?
