Bluetooth displays SERVER ERROR

I paired my LG Venus phone with my Dell Inspiron 1721. I transfered MP3 files from computer (VISTA) to phone (MySound). It worked fine.
The next time the computer did not recognize the phone even though both were in discoverable mode. When I removed the phone from computer and reinstalled it I started to have problems with the transfer. I almost immediately get the window popping up saying"SERVER ERROR" and the transfer is canceled.
I think I might have clicked on something that now blocks this action .
I remember the first time I installed the phone I had a choice to click on in the computer: 1. My Device, 2. Network
If I remember right, I clicked on Network originally but when I reinstalled I chose 'My Device'. Could that cause the problem? I'm wondering if the computer is trying to use a modem? We have a router for our computers and therefore have a NETWORK installed.
Please help, this is terribly aggrevating.

Not sure how to help

Not sure what is happening. Please read again our guide on how to setup a bluetooth connection in Windows Vista.
Maybe you are now skipping some of the steps.

BLUETOOTH DISPLAYS SERVER ERROR

No, I did follow all the steps. I wonder if I should uninstall Bluetooth but I'm afraid that I won't get it back. Do you think it will be a problem?
