I have a VCD movie in AVSEQ dat format. Whenever I fast forward/rewind/pause the movie in GOM Player the playback stops. So if I have to see the movie error free I have to see the movie without any break. I have copied the whole movie (8 parts) into my HDD but the same problem occurs. Please suggest me any software to correct the problem.

I have many other movies (AVSEQ.dat) too and I tried to open it with notepad. I got many 'y' and other things written. Can I remove tags or any other data from it using a data cleaner? That is Please suggest me a common software to correct the common AVSEQ.dat movie file ERRORS.

Sorry but I have another Question to ask. How can I increase the quality of these movies? They have a ratio of (352x288 may be wrong). I want the movies in clear picture.
