I would like to start backing up my data and don't know where to start! I know Vista has a back -up program and wanted to know how to use it and if anyone has any advice on how to back up correctly! Can I use a regular CD-R? Do I have to compress the data? Do I use "Data disk setting"? What do I back-up? If I back-up music will it affect the sound of the audio? I know that's a lot of questions but I want to do this right! thanks in advance for any input you have!
