I see other users -- meaning people I don't want using my wireless connection -- on my list. How do I get rid of them?

Created a standard user account for e-mail purposes and cannot make a yahoo home page on the account. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks and I like this site since I'm new at vista home premium.

I just upgraded my Vaio VGN-TX650P to Vista for Business and proceeded to download and install all of the applicable Vista drivers from Sony's support site. Everything works fine EXCEPT one critical item, the external monitor which I use for a VGA projector for presentations. FN/F7 brings up LCD Only and SETUP, but no other choice. Neither my SONY 19 inch monitor nor my projector are discovered and can not be toggled to work using the function F7 that always worked under XP Pro. Sony Chat has been absolutely USELESS! My notebook is now a boat anchor since I use it for Presentations. Any ideas out there???

I have a samsung digital camera. I can watch the videos on my computer but have no sound. Does anyone know what I need and shoud do?

from white to other color. My eyes are already bad, but the brightness of the white of the pages online hurt them even more. Is there a way to change this? Like this page... Where I'm typing is the color I have my pc set for... but the rest of the page is pure white, which hurts my eyes and gives me a headache.

I understand that the computer will be reset to factory settings during the process of fitting the DVD drive. What is the effect of this? Will all the HP and Windows updates automatically be reinstalled when I reconnect to the internet? What effect will resetting to factory settings have on my internet connection? Lastly, my desktop ( HP Pavilion Slimline) runs Vista Home Premium which only allows me to backup data files not the whole computer. What would be the best way to backup the whole computer before I sent it to HP?

Hi, I have 3 computers connected to a hub that I want to connect. I can see the 2 computers from my computer but when I want to explore them I cannot enter. It gives me Error 0x80070035 "No se ha encontrado la ruta de acceso de la red." (The network access route cannot be found.)

On the other hand, when I enter the two computers icon on the bottom ritght side of the screen for the network it says Network not identified.

I searched online on hundreds of forums, sites, etc and all seem to have solutions for wireless connections or networks using internet but none without inernet, I just want to connect them and share files.

I have Vista and lowerd the secruity settings and clean all cookies and internet files and still when I try to login to yahoo or google's web mail it keeps kicking me back to USER NAME and/or PASSWORD not CORRECT, Now when I go over to my desktop (Vista is on a laptop) running XP all is good so I know it's not anything to due with the account information seems to be with Vista. If anyone has any Ideas please post.

i have a hp desktop f335 all in one series,,the printer and copier i can use ,but i can't seem to set up the scanner,it tells me it is not compatible with vista,please direct me in the right direction so i can use scanner,,thank you
