How to change online pages

from white to other color. My eyes are already bad, but the brightness of the white of the pages online hurt them even more. Is there a way to change this? Like this page... Where I'm typing is the color I have my pc set for... but the rest of the page is pure white, which hurts my eyes and gives me a headache.

You cannot change the color of our website.
We use blue and white for our theme and there is no way to change this from your PC. Sorry!
You might want to tweak the brightness or contrast of your monitor. That can help.
