DVD Problem

Whenever I attempt to play a dvd via Media Center, a full screen error message will come up and I will have to restart the computer.
This problem never occurred with Windows XP and I have no idea how to correct it under Vista.

DVD problem
Thank you for providing the problem, for this problem please uninstall and reinstall the dvd
drivers .I think that will solve the problem.
Burning videos to DVD
I just read in the How to Burn Video using Windows DVD Maker tutorial, that George burn a 107-min video that had 21.6 GB.
My question: How many DVD's that he had to use?
I have a 4.7 GB DVD-RW and was hoping that it would suffice for a 45-min video. But now I wonder.
