It would have been great if you would have mentioned which browser you are talking about. I am assuming it is Internet Explorer.

First method: Press Alt + F and, in the drop down menu, select Import and export...
Second method: click on the Favorites button above the page tabs. When the favorites window opens (this is called the Favorites Center) you have the Add to Favorites button. Next to it you can see the arrow pointing down. Click on the arrow and select Import and Export...
