Auto-complete problem in IE7 just for signing into Telus Webmail only.

Up until app. 10 days ago when I signed into Telus Webmail through MSN (use IE7) whenI typed the 1st letter of user name and passsword it would auto-fill. Now it does not and I would like to know how to correct this problem.

Now it does not and I would like to know how to correct this problem. Also, 1st time using this and not impressed with it at all. How do I know if I get an answer.
