Home page on standard account

Created a standard user account for e-mail purposes and cannot make a yahoo home page on the account. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks and I like this site since I'm new at vista home premium.

1st of all - Yahoo e-mail and the Yahoo home page have nothing to do with Windows Vista.
2nd - if you have an e-mail account with Yahoo you do not need to create a separate account to access their homepage. You can login to any of Yahoo's sites/pages using that e-mail account. When you login just type the username (without the '@yahoo.com' part) and password.
