BLUETOOTH INSTALLER

Hi, please help! I have got a Toshiba laptop, and am trying to connect my mobile via bluetooth. However, when I go to start, control, network and internet, I dont have a bluetooth option? Why is this, shouldn't it come as standard? I am getting so frustrated so someone please help me. Thanks!

Steps
1. Please check if the model of Toshiba laptop you have has Bluetooth. Not all laptops have it.
2. If it does, then go to the toshiba website and download the Bluetooth drivers for your model of laptop and install them.
3. Then make sure Bluetooth is active, many laptops have a slider/button where you can activate/deactivate Bluetooth and/or wireless. Make sure that button/slider is in the "enable" Bluetooth mode.
