On My Laptop The Upgrade Option Popped Saying Download The Service Pack And I Did It. It Started To Download And Successfully Downloaded Stage 1 & 2 And Some How Froze On Stage 3 My Laptop Battery Died And It Went Off When I Plugged It Back Up It Stuck Here And Froze

lost sound driver after install of service pack 3
I followed the install, it took forever. The install at stages 1 and 2 were slow but when it finished 2 the computer shut down, restarted and then started to install stage 3. The next time I turned on the pc there was no sound driver.
